Who we are?
CourtHouse Suites is one of the City’s newest additions to Main Street. Located at the corner of Cedar Ave & Main Street, we have taken a historic 100-year-old building and rebuilt everything except the exterior. We have designed our building with our clients in mind and yes you can say we thought of everything needed for a business to simply come in and get to work. Our retail space can be leased as one big space or broken up into two. Upstairs has a beautiful balcony looking out to the west...did I mention sunsets? The first floor will open up onto a beautiful courtyard through the doors in this space.

Courthouse Suites is pleased to share that our dedicated food truck space on Main Street is now available and ready for occupancy. Located in the heart of downtown, this prime spot includes electric and water hookups and is positioned to capture steady foot traffic during the many community events hosted throughout the year. Designed to complement the energy and growth of downtown, this space offers a unique opportunity for a food truck operator to become part of a thriving business corridor.
